Learning Enterprise Assessment
Many leading organizations are aligning learning in their organizations with their business goals. GP has a proven methodology to assist our clients through this process through our Learning Enterprise Assessment (LEA). As an example, GP Canada has recently completed an LEA for one of Canada's leading printing companies, allowing them to clearly identify priorities for investment and develop a coherent and achievable learning strategy.
The Learning Enterprise Assessment is conducted in partnership with the client. GP brings to the partnership extensive performance consulting experience and crates a teamed approach with the client to assess the organization's operational needs by engaging many levels of the organization in the data gathering process. GP provides coaching to the client during all phases of the process to create the unique organizational business case for learning.
The key stages of the Learning Enterprise Assessment are:

- Creating the online assessment tool
- Conducting the survey and interpreting the data collected
- Interviewing the learning customer
- Developing the business case
- Selling the business case
As part of the data gathering process, GP relies on a proprietary multi-lingual survey tool that allows gathering of enterprise wide training and business information.
