Aberdeen Proving Ground Base Environmental Support (BEST) Contract (W91ZLK-04-D-0013)

The US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Base Environmental Support (BEST) contract is a comprehensive environmental Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). This comprehensive contract includes in its scope all aspects of environmental planning, multi-media compliance support, specialized environmental services, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering services, UST/AST management, and full spectrum remediation from preliminary assessment to site closeout. This contract has been made available to all federal agencies.

Since the initial contract award in 1989, GP has done several millions of dollars of work via the APG contract, supporting agencies and facilities that include the following.

The APG BEST contract has proven a responsive contract vehicle: simple to use, flexible, timely and cost-effective. Contract prices have ranged from $2K to more than $20 million, with most falling in the $15-75K range. There are no dollar limits on individual contracts, and there are no associated administration charges.
