GP developed and implemented training and engineering programs for all aspects of carbonated beverage packaging facilities, including new line startups and modernization programs. Our activities included:

• Developed and implemented training materials, flowcharts, and training aids for costs training program.
• Developed system description manuals and engineering description manuals for product process areas, can lines, bottle lines, packaging areas, and utilities areas.
• Provided equipment labeling and P&ID update support to reflect as-built conditions of new and existing process lines.
• Designed operations and maintenance training programs for all positions, shops, and facility support areas of a beverage packaging process.
• Designed brewing operator training programs for grains handling, brewhouse, residuals handling, and fermentation cellars areas.
• Developed and implemented operator and maintenance training materials and procedures, including on-the-job training (OJT) materials, job aids, training videos, student text, lesson plans, and examinations. Customized training materials were developed for operations and maintenance personnel, for specific facility equipment, in the following areas: refrigeration systems, ammonia and halide systems, gas turbine (including all support systems and boiler systems), facility electrical distribution, respirator training program, aseptic training program, asbestos safety, process controls, industrial boiler technology course, can line equipment, bottle line equipment, packaging equipment, programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, analytical lab analysis and equipment.
• Developed and optimized maintenance programs. Identified maintenance tasks for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Developed a reliability-based maintenance improvement program with guidelines, forms, and training. The program was developed from a root cause analysis; corrective actions were implemented to decrease process and equipment downtime, to increase productivity, and to increase quality.
• Developed and delivered enterprise software training for maintenance and storeroom modules. Provided call center support for SAP R/3 roll out.
• Designed and developed position specific training programs for corporate accounting centralization project.
• Developed detailed, 3D computer animations with sound and text narration of the beverage production processes for use in training operators and maintenance technicians.
• Developed a wholesaler inventory coordinator program.
• Developed administrative procedures to optimize labor scheduling and payroll processing at a large beverage production facility.
