Catastrophic Events Planning
The GP Difference in Catastrophic Events Planning
With GP, you will have all of the tools you need for a successful response and recovery.
If a catastrophic event happens in your city or state, available resources could be overrun and you may have to operate without communications, electricity, water, or outside help for an extended period of time. Even areas that do not face the direct impact of a disaster may be called upon to provide critical support to evacuees for an extended period with minimal outside assistance. GP can help you in the development of a catastrophic events plan to supplement the all-hazards plan.
Our Unique Approach to Catastrophic Events Planning
GP will use the most up-to-date guidance available to assess your current preparedness and draft or improve plans to address large-scale events and mitigate their effects on your community. We place a special emphasis on how to plan for, distribute, and acquire essential resources and plan for evacuations, long-term recovery, and other strategies key to sustaining your community in the event that you are cut off from outside resources.
Our catastrophic events planning services assist in ensuring that your emergency plans are sufficient for managing an event; meeting local, state, regional, and national requirements; and withstanding the most comprehensive assessment such as a National Plan Review.
