Our staff has worked on many COOP/COG planning projects. Our experience includes the following:
- Provided continuity of operations, terrorism response, evacuation, and NIMS integration planning support, training, and exercises for several Florida counties
- Provided BCP and exercise support for a NASA contractor
- Conducted statewide assessments and technical assistance for the Office of Domestic Preparedness (ODP)
- Provided emergency management support, developed a COOP, conducted COOP training, developed and conducted a COOP tabletop exercise, and provided Incident Command System (ICS) and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) training for several Florida counties
- Developed a pandemic influenza annex for the Lee County, Florida, Office of Emergency Management COOP
