GP Latin America Overview

GP Latin America (GP LA) started operations in 1995. Our initial work mainly involved training and consulting on the establishment of QS-9000 and ISO 9000 systems. Today, our Latin American operations have grown in volume and scope of work. We still do quality consulting and training, but our breadth of services has increased. GP Latin America staff maintains an office in Mexico. From this location, we service many other countries, including Brazil, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Argentina.

GP's services in Latin America always include an analysis of the customer's performance. In some cases, the results of the analysis show that a need can be satisfied with material already available in another language. Instead of designing new documents, GP LA adapts the available material using a careful process of translation and culturalization. Today GP LA is in a position to deliver the services available through GP US, including launches, training outsourcing, organizational design, and lean enterprise consulting and training.
