Navistar

GP participated in the plant launch in Monterrey, Mexico, which included technical and soft skills training. The technical training involved process awareness and familiarization for all processes in the truck and bus manufacturing facilities; process training covered paint, welding, final assembly and testing.

GP developed a Spanish language web-based training module for hourly employees, as a solution for improving the knowledge and understanding of process documentation.
