Learning From the Best

This one-day course is designed for those who want to conduct their own benchmarking study mission, or be able to practice benchmarking routinely. More than half of the day is targeted toward learning how to conduct each step in the benchmarking process. Participants are provided forms, templates of questionnaires and surveys, and detailed explanations of each step. We conclude the day by chartering a benchmarking team and setting the scope of the benchmarking study.
