Study Missions
GP's benchmarking study missions help our clients select appropriate benchmarking targets and goals. We provide logistics support at locations worldwide, including arranging for local contacts and translators. We also facilitate the benchmarking mission, attending tours with clients, prompting questions, and pointing out salient points that might otherwise be overlooked, both during the tours and at the wrap-up sessions.
While our guide materials are comprehensive and have been refined over years of use, they can be fine-tuned and adapted for individual client needs, such as:
