Reliability Excellence

GP's Operational Excellence Practice team helps your organization improve equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and operations-maintenance cooperation by implementing our Equipment Reliability System (ERS). ERS integrates the methods of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance, and the Maintenance Work Cycle with Lean principles such as waste elimination and employee engagement. We work closely with your front-line people, educating both them and managers using brief training modules followed by hands-on implementation. We may also provide analytical or maintenance planning support.
