GP provided the following services at various locations of a fine paper company:

• Developed a maintenance workforce pay-for-skills training program in the Southwest.
• Provided an on-site training coordinator who assisted the organization in developing operations training materials; assisted personnel in updating existing training materials for a "B-mill" on the East Coast.
• Provided on-site support to wastewater treatment personnel who were developing job-specific operating procedures and theory for a wastewater treatment facility in New England.
• Provided instrumentation and control familiarization at a facility in the Northeast.
