GP provided the following services for a multiple mill paper company:

• Developed water treatment manuals.
• Developed qualification checklists for a pay-for-skills maintenance program and operations training program.
• Provided complete operations training support for a new paper machine in the Northeast, and training materials for older mill machines, including standard operating procedures and operating guidelines.
• Revised training materials for the No. 1 paper machine upgrade.
• Developed training manuals for the fine paper machine, including standard operating procedures and operating guidelines.
• Performed an operations task analysis of the paper machine and pulp line and developed training qualification checklists for a mill in the Southeast.
• Performed calender and reel manual modifications for a mill in the Southeast.
• Developed a training resource reference guide to support the maintenance training for a Midwest corrugating plant.
