General Physics Corporation Quality Assurance Policy, Procedure No.: GP-C-02, establishes requirements, responsibilities, and authorities for implementing Quality Assurance (QA) Programs within the Company. The following is an excerpt from Procedure No. GP-C-02:

"It is Company policy to develop and implement quality assurance programs as appropriate to customer and project requirements. The implementation of QA requirements is identified and prescribed by the cognizant Business Unit Director or Vice President. In the case where a formal QA program is to be developed and implemented, these programs require:

                  a)     the designation of a Program Chief Quality Engineer (CQE);
                  b)     the review of a designated Corporate Sponsor;
                  c)     the approval of the cognizant member of Senior Leadership and the President
